Not at all. "Large" would be in the range of 30-40 to as much as 80+.

A common problem if you don't have it in your L1, I gather. And not a rare
problem even in that case...

Theoretically possible, but just as rare as an aspirated ejectiv (ie. not
attested at all in the wild AFAIK.)

Do you *need* a 2x3 matrix for some purpose? If you do, just having /h/
pair... er, triple up with /th) kh)/ would not be unacceptable. And if you
don't, /th) kh) t k ?/ is perfectly OK too.
