Look at the files "allex.pdf" and "allex.html"
Not exactly a dictionary, but a similar layout. Done from a
flat-file 'database'
made into html and latex with a tcl script, then the pdf file
produced with
pdflatex. Maybe you could hack some of my code/latex output
into the shape
you need?
