Perhaps we should make a list of anyone interested in doing such a relay
here. It may be that there are lots of us interested, but not aware of each
other. So if you want to start up a translation relay, respond to this on
the list so we can see how popular such a thing would be. Then we'll take
it to private e-mail.
I for one am interested.
