I am not sure I fully understand your question.
Anyway, the equivalent of the Biblical name 'Sarah' in the Russian language
is _Сара_ / _Sara_ or _Сарра_ / _Sarra_. This name is not popular at all
among Russians, even though it is mentioned in the official list of the
church names, because it is considered to be 'distinctly Jewish'. Nowadays
this name is not in vogue among local Jews either, therefore I don't know
any Sarah to tell you her Russian name - Jews here often have two names:
one, European, for the official documents, another, Jewish, for the
synagogue.
