It's quite unambiguous since it is clear that it's the HALL that was handing
out the flyers (as relative pronouns, by all rights, should normally follow
the antecedents they modify). :) :) :) >>
HA, HA, HA, HA, HA, HA!!!!!!!! Of course! It's funny I should have
missed that, because there's a hall in my house which not only hands out
fliers, but gives advice on dating. ;)
