Hmm. I don't know Indonesian, but I do know Malay which is closely
related. AFAIK, "Gestapu" is obviously a foreign borrowing. "Kap" may be
an Indonesian-specific word, probably referring to some kind of group or
organization. It is possible that "gestapu" is an acryonym, however.
Malay speakers like making acronyms that look like words.
But from a first glance (and my admitted ignorance of Indonesian-specific
features of the language), this looks like a foreign borrowing.
