Kaupelan website

After a considerable hiatus, I've heard again from the Brazilian creator of
the micronation Kaupelan, with his new url:  www.kaupelan.net/

He has a very well thought-out Austronesian (Moluccan) conlang (grrr, beat
me to it...) with a neat script, and for the conculturists, a nicely
conceived island nation.  Note the attractive flag and coat-of-arms on the
title page, and check out the postage stamps.
