Ya'll've given me mutu food for thought.  First,
you've utterly convinced me to trash the current C-a
word "nada" as too unlikely to develop independently
and not odd enough to borrow.

Second, you've given me tons of ideas for
possibilities for developments along similar lines.

Here are the options currently under consideration:

ne (rem) mica > nemiga

ne rem fatuum > nevachu _or_ remvachu _or_ vachu

ne rem inanis > nereminani >nirinani > nirrani
