I don't have the book nor is it available to me anymore (I moved across
the country) but I believe it does cover grammatical morphemes. The
articles, as I recall, dealt with sound shifts and lexical
reconstructions. If you are interested, I can try to track down the
dates, volume numbers, etc. for you.
