I wouldn't hesitate to download such a font. But beware about advising
people to use "Esperanto fonts". At least some of them are not 8859-3
at all, but 8859-1 fonts with the twelve Esperanto characters hacked
into them.
An alternative is to use &#nnnn; sequences. These will be correctly
interpreted if you insert a <meta http-equiv="content-type"
value="text/html; charset=utf-8"> into the head ofthe file.
