Maltese

I'm planning to create a real world(tm) project. I'm going to create an
online description of teh Maltese language. But...
I know it requires a specialised font, as it nominally requires the
iso-8859-3 standard, which is supported by neither of the big browsers.
So, how many of you woudl actually download/already have teh necessary
font? I fully intend to include teh appropriate fonts (248k to
download), which happen to be teh same ones needed by Esperanto.
Would I be wasting my time? Or is there a more rational solution? Until
I go mad and decide to create a maltese grammar for Japanese students,
I really want to avoid graphics files.
Simultaneous with this post is a very early draft going online...
