'Theta role' defines the role a noun phrase plays in a
sentence, and there are four: the agent, experiencer,
patient and instrument. Basically, the roles work out
like in the example:
"He saw the cat eat the mouse with a fork."
he.EXP saw the.cat.AGE eat the.mouse.PAT with
a.fork.INS
