Kura 0.98

Time for another status report on Kura...

I've finished the last bit of the really urgent code for Kura: Kura is
now feature complete (if only because I've decided to postpone the XML
import/export code to version 1.1), even though I still want to do a
Chinese character input method.

In fact, as we IT professionals say, Kura is now feature complete.
I'm going to create a sample database configuration, and fix the
bugs I run into while doing that, package everything up, and release
version 1 to the world in January!

And thus shall end the first phase of the project that was started
on July 8th, 1999, inspired by this list ;-). See:
