I will stress again that I only got a brief look but I recall
a frequently cited author in the chapter, in the bibliography though
the spelling of the name was always different. And maybe I am
just oversensitized. I once purchased a dissertation on Nootka
grammar from a major east coast university, roughly half of the
works cited were non-existent.
