Following on my usage in "googlegigglabyte", I guess Kash would have
otanji praka-praka "gazillionth great-granddaddy"; otanji is a diminutive of
proper otama.
ama 'father'
otama 'grandfather (of either parent)'
otambarok 'great-grandfather' (possibly still living, hence a separate
respectful term)
otama sila (lit. gf 3) great-great-gf (unlikely still living)
otama ha ( gf 4) gr-gr-gr-gf et seq.
