I don't know. I bet I know why Rusglish isn't though (try saying it out
loud, using the normal pronunciation for the first part of "Russian"). And
unlike some *other* dialects, it has a specific place and group of people
who speak it (the residents of the ISS), as well as all us poor schmucks who
speak English and are trying to learn Russian (or vice-versa). U menya yest
an appetite dlya pirozki. ^_^
