Definitely! But then, Jovian was not meant to be a romlang like all
others. I consider the complicated phonology to be one of the most
naturalistic aspects of the language.

Ah? I wouldn't have thought of English... the mutation patterns
were inspired by Welsh, Sindarin etc. (though mine are quite different
from those), while the overall sound of Jovian reminds me a bit of
Swiss German or Rumantsch. =)
The primary goal was to evolve the familiar stock of Latin into an
all new direction.

Me too... now that I have verbs, I should be able to write sample
texts. Difficult stuff like moods, relative clauses or comparisons
might still need more work.
What about Aingeljã, have you completed more sections of the webpage?
