Unless Sydney accents are _really_ weird, you'll find it's more like
["bQndai] (ditto all the [O]'s being [Q])

From a Melburnian perspective, ["k_h{:mbr\@] (and it's only the capital.
The territory it's in in the Australian Capital Territory, pronounced
["{i"si:"ti:] (or, occasionally, [@"str\{il_jj@n "k{pi4@l tEr@tr\i], with
some degree of affrication of the [t] in [tr\].

[%nju:"k_hA:s@l], I'd've said. As opposed to [%nju:"k_h&s@l], which is in
Victoria and shows a difference between NSW and Vic. accents (although
no-one would _dream_ of calling _The Castle_ [D@ k_h{s@l]. Blasphemy of
the _highest_ degree, that is.
