Yes. In this case I must add that the Roman had the strange habit of applying one name for a number of completely unrelated tribes in completely different parts of the world. One of these were the Veneti/Venedi in the land between the Baltic Sea and the Black Sea, originally a common name for the Slavs and later for the West-Slavs, the ancestors of my Venedians. Not to be confused with the Veneti of the Venice region or the Veneti of Gaul.

What does "vanilla IE lang" mean? Anyway, since I have the weird habit of collecting the numerals in all possible IE-based conlang, perhaps I could ask you to enrich my collection? I have been looking for them in vain (yes, all of them: old Thagojian, new Thagojian, and Wenetaic; this is the first time I hear about Meynian).

Well, I'm really looking forward to see some grammar! Best, Jan ===== "Originality is the art of concealing your source." - Franklin P.
