Nope, unfortunately that's not true anymore. Arial Unicode MS is now only
shipped with Windows XP or Publisher, and cannot be obtained separately
anymore :(( .

And 26Mb unzipped! But it's really a great font! (not aesthetically, but by the
fact that it is the most complete Unicode font available, with something like
55000 characters (but it doesn't contain the Ethiopian syllabary for
instance...).
