Of course it tends to produce Arabic-y sounding triliterals, but with a little imagination (and add some vowels or letters) you'll be surprised what comes up. :-))))) Or take unusual place names and play with them: Washtenaw (Mich.) > awshentwa, oshatno etc. etc.
