Don't forget Harry and Harriet Homeowner. Though used for years
in Hechingers adverts, Harry Homeowner at least is used for a
Typecal American Middleclassed Homeowner. In the hospital, we use
Baby Girl/Boy (surprise, surprise) for unnamed babies. Jane and
John Doe for unknown adults.
