As many other posts have been telling, you probably cannot do without pronouns or at least "pronoun-like" nouns. But you can easily do without articles, even without another system to replace those articles, and you don't need conlangs for that :)) . Japanese, for instance, not only has no articles and no plural mark, but it doesn't have *anything* to replace them! They just do without articles and without plural. If you want to indicate clearly what you mean and how many, just use demonstratives and/or adjectives. And as for the suffix -tachi that is often translated as a plural, it means more exactly "and (the) others" (so you can use it after a proper name, for instance, to talk about that person and people usually associated with that person) and as such is not really a plural.
