My conlang Meghean may be the thing for you.
A brief description is available at andjo.free.fr/conlang/meghean.html
In short, subject personal pronouns are verb prefixes, object personal pronouns
are suffixes on verbs and prepositions, and possessive pronouns are prefixes on
nouns. That's pretty much run-of-the-mill so far.
What's more remarkable is that definiteness is indicated by mutating the
initial consonant of a noun. Eg, _can_ [kan] "lord", _chan_ [xan] "the lord". I
know of no natlang with a similar system, but ALF requires at least one exists.

PS "Meghean" is to be pronounced [me'Zan]. Definitively not **[mE'gi:@n]!
