Woot, I've got it working now! I found more options for fonts in Firefox (the UI for setting which font to use is a little misleading), and I also installed the msttcorefonts package. So that Q is really a theta. Yay. :) (I still have trouble with the IPA page at Wikipedia, though: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Unicode_and_HTML/IPA_Extensions.
