Ok, i gotcha. What confused me is that the book i have on basic Tagalog
calls ang, ng, si etc. articles. My confusion was is that they dont stand
for "the, a, an" in a european sense. My teacher in the class i took
called them markers. Anyway thanks for clarifying that up! A good bit of
advice my teacher gave us was, "Don't think in English when learning a
language!"
