I know little of Uralic, and almost nothing of Eskimo-Aleut, so I can't say much of your hypothesis. However, isn't it more likely that Eskimo-Aleut and Uralic together forms a super-family? If they do, I henceforth name it EAU - snow (ie water, French "eau") is kind of the thing these people have in common! On a more serious note, the Yukaghir language of Sakha (aka Yakutia) is thought to be related to the Uralic langs. Does it figure in your hypothesis?
