Unipad unicode based text editor

The great thing about this new version is that user-defined keyboards are
possible. I'm sure some enterprising chap will make an IPA keyboard for it.
Me, this has now become my default html editor, once I polish teh Maltese
keyboard I'm making :)

UniPad 0.94 has been released.

Very short summary:
  - Customizable keyboard layouts
    (keyboard definition files are XML based)
  - Support of tabulator (U+0009)
  - Update to Unicode 3.0
  - Improved command line support
  - Standard Compression Scheme for Unicode
  - "Real" online help
