IOW is what?
And yes, when singing, Australians generally sing either in (normally
non-rhoticised) American or RP. Well,,, not exactly, it's Australianised
to a degree, but that's the intention. (Some things that we would have
too much difficulty with we simplify, e.g. /oi@l/, which needs to be one
syllable, becomes /O:l/ in RP-style.)
