I haven't seen anyone else writing anything about it in response to my
last postings, the talk, or the draft that's on my LJ, so I figured
the topic was a bit dead here for a while.
I am slowly working on that draft; I've been occupied lately with
other things (like, say, trying to find a job so I don't starve), so
haven't had much spare energy for NLF2DWS work. :-/ Of course, this is
also influenced by the former - when there's less feedback, it's also
less externally rewarding, and I'm human enough that that is a factor.
Soyeah. I've not seen anything that I could respond to about it, I
have a few things that are in queue for me to address but haven't
gotten to yet (grr), and will be working on the draft over time.
I've also been toying with the idea of making that draft into a pitch
for a PhD thesis topic. I think doing it properly - and elaborating
the various philosophical, linguistic, etc implications - would
require that level of effort (and research), and it'd be nice to be
able to do it as a full-time thing. Of course, trying to find someone
who'd sponsor that may be difficult...
