Thanks, Mia, I did look there already but I should probably revisit it and
search more thoroughly. What really puzzles me is that searching for "NGL
vector tense", "NGL", and "vector" on findmail.com doesn't find the conlang
posts I am talking about. They must have a limited archive; the post was
make last year.

Take a look at the writing kit-- that may have something in it.
Also try searching the archives of alt.language.artificial.ngl at
deja.com for past postings.
The NGL list is slow right now-- people dealing with real life.
