Well, at least one old post by Gerald says I can find info at
ftp://ftp.netcom.com/pub/jl/jlk/
but I am not granted access. Anyone else know where to look?

Take a look at the writing kit-- that may have something in it.
Also try searching the archives of alt.language.artificial.ngl at
deja.com for past postings.

The NGL list is slow right now-- people dealing with real life.
