There is a very odd Babel text called "han-taj-tUl-hUt" at
http://conlangstudio.tripod.com/ in which the symbols are not in a linear
sequence. My GUESS would be that they are laid out according to
relationship, but no information is given, Have a look at it though!

If you joined through the Yahoo group, then you can post it in the "files"
section. You have to sign in to do that though, which is not always 100%
