I place it about 900,000. Castreleon is a metropolitan splat that takes
in the Usk (Ysc) river valley. Damon Lord on the Celticonlang list has
done a gif of it's outline. I'll see if I have it anywhere.

I think the border between lla Ferch and ill Paes is further to the
west. I'll have to look into that.
I have the results for the Provincial seats from 1998 in now. Very
interesting. Nearly half went Tory (Toraich). Just over a quarter
voted Labour (Llafur). The rest are divided up among the smaller
parties. The Borough seats will take longer to work out.
