What happened was that in the previous edition of the IPA, tiny gamma
and gamma were essentially small caps and normal versions of each
other, and to clear up the difference, tiny gamma became rams' horns:
the difference between these two is that tiny gamma has serifs on
each "horn" whereas rams' horns just curls downwards, like its name
implies.
Imperative
