I tried it by download. The downloading itself took five seconds, and then it took five more seconds to appear when I double-clicked on the file. And the dotted lines appeared quasi instantaneously (still, I can see them appearing). It's really a problem with Acrobat Reader working together with Internet Explorer.

Well, it's made anyway (in my head). I just have to transcribe it on paper now. So, it's really no waste of time. As for inventing another conlang, I'm currently busy reviving my Itakian, and it didn't make me lose time on it. I kind of thought of this transliteration system during the holes in my schedule :)) .
