I don't know if my msgs. are going out or being received today. Often when I click on reply or compose, the box appears with my verizon.net addr., which I then have to (remember to) change. I think yet another call to Verizon Help is in order, other problems have arisen, like wholesale deletion of msgs in my inbox.................
