Indeed it is. But I thought it was "chakra". Or maybe Padraic was referring
to it in the accusative ;))) .
I can't remember the reason why Xena finds herself with such a weapon, but
IIRC she did learn a few fighting tricks from some Oriental teacher ;)) .

I've seen them, but never ever touched one. But they are damn beautiful in
my opinion! (I'm interested in blade weapons in a purely aesthetic way ;)) )
