Spanish does just like anyone else, it seems: "¡Shh!". It's [S:] too, IIRC. Though it can be a bit "stronger", more like "¡Chssst!" (I don't know the IPA for spanish "ch" yet, sorry; maybe [Z]?) There's also a form I've seen in some books (novels and the like) which is "¡Chitón!". But I don't know where it comes from, and I didn't hear it in real life ever :-)
