Certainly! If the language has a conscript (or a borrowed natscript
associated with it), it is written in it.
So we'd write Quenya, Sindarin and Nur-ellen in Tengwar (perhaps
different styles: Quenya "archaic", Nur-ellen "modern", Sindarin
something in between), Klingon in Klingon letters,
Brithenig in a stylish Insular uncial font, etc.
And SolReSol in muscial notes.
