Use the program par with the width set to <width> over the
lines starting with <start> and ending with <stop>. Par
realigns textblocks and linelengths, so that the '> > >
sometext'-stuff looks good. A lot faster than doing it
manually. This paragraph was adjusted with ':17,20!par w60'
for instance.
