No.  My younger son bought it for me.  The Latin is meant to translate
"Absolutely Fabulous" which, as some know, was a TV series.

I meant that if space was tight the first clause could be dropped, i.e.
"Fight linguistic extinction - invent a language"  --> "Invent a language"
