OT [TECH] Need to fix my mailer

I almost feel embarrassed to ask this as I am a computer professional, but
I'm among friends so what the heck.  Apparently, my mailer (MS Outlook)
applies a "Reply-To" tag to my outgoing mail which causes responses to come
only to me and not to the list.  This only occurs on this list not on any of
the many other lists in which I participate (most of those are egroups
lists).  This has become quite a nuisance.  I have search and searched, but
have not been able to find a single reference to this "feature" either in
Outlook Help or on the Microsoft site.  Does any one know how/where I might
look to reset this option?
