Those terms are quite useful, tho. The "female brain" is an
abstraction, a sum of features which tend to exist mostly in women's
brains, while the "male brain" is also an abstraction, a sum of features
which tend to exist mostly in men's brains. Of course, it's quite true
that those aren't 100% accurate, many men have elements of "female
brains", and many women have elements of "male brains". What else can
you call the features that tend to exist mostly in females? It's like
the term "Black English", not all blacks speak it, and many whites have
some elements of it, however, it is spoken mostly by blacks, and thus is
the most accurate term I can think of.
