Uhm, yeah.  Most web pages these days have some dynamicity via
JavaScript.   Good luck leaving that off. :)

But you always have the option of creating your own stylesheets to
override whatever David supplies.  Then you don't have to rely on his
site or JavaScript or anything else.  Just create your own local
settings ...

I know that Firefox, perhaps with a required extension, has the
capability to remember style overrides associated with arbitrary web
pages...
