That had to do with some dirty tricks Microsoft were playing on the world by
lying to us all that the HTML in MSN was standards compliant (it wasn't) and
that you needed a `standards compliant' browser, i.e. Internet Explorer, to
view them. When there was enough of a backlash, they recounted.
