A culture without hammers? That must be either a very primitive culture,
or the culture is in a unique place. Maybe the culture would be on a
tropical island where a bunch of caves exist, so they never need the use
of a hammer to build houses and things. Interesting idea though. All of
my concultures have existed in "medieval" times (my version of it,
anyway), except for one which was on some present day "islands" (they
don't truly exist).

wouldn't have dictionaries because they don't have writing). It's a =

harder to imagine what a culture without hammers would be like, though.
