Yes, as far as I know.

Where they need to be.  I am working on the oder of all inflictions, such
as:  [mood]-ROOT-t-[mood]-a-(r)
or something similar to that ( I just threw that together, I am going to go
into more thought for this... )

It depends on the first char, if it is a Vowel, a Consonant, and which flows
better in the rules of Spoken Thoughts.
