Of these four, at least Afghanistan and Libya have officially condemned the
attacks. Of course, this doesn't mean they can't've been invloved, but
action shouldn't be taken until it's known who did it.

That aside, I, like every at least semi-decent human on the planet, grieve
and feel for the victims, and wish whoever responsible to be brought to
justice (and please, don't execute them - they haven't earned the right to
die for their cause. Lock them up and let them rot, but don't execute them.)
