TECH: Unicode 5.1

Hi,
I don't want to sound seraliesque*, but Unicode 5.1 has been released, Code
2000 and 01 have been updated accordingly, and there's as well a new version
of Babelmap out that supports the Unicode 5.1. Yay! Not that I ever needed
all of the new fancy characters available probably, it's rather just a general
yay at technological advance ;-)
